Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your JNCO purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your wide-leg denim.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original packaging is used to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
